One of the reasons why a passenger would be enticed to fly Zest Airways is its promise for " Quality Service from booking to flight ". But in the situation given, Zest Airways has not done its homework, reneged on its promise for quality service from booking to flight".Given that this airline is still in its infancy, it would be an excuse, or a good reason for such business misdemeanor - But the airline is a business you need to have quality services, in order to attract customers. Poor services, as shown in the given situation, is not only poor in its lowest category but horrible in its highest form. This is fooling the people to fly with this airline, and making brisk business with the flying public's hard - earned money.
In business we have to be always true to our business slogans for people would always look up to it before flying.
Rescheduling the flight to another day and notifying the proper person for such, is a good business ethic. Very good Zest Air!.. but scheduling the flight the next day and only to find there are no flights available that day is horrible. Very weird, Zest Air!!! where is your word of honor for that!!?
Doing business with public, one must be true to oneself in order to win the confidence of the people. The people is your life in business. They must be taken care of well. Very well!!! How can you survive in this kind of business if you continue to do just that!
Zest Air, it is time to clear your ranks in order to provide for quality service, with the Christmas season at hand, people would again troop to the airports to be with their beloveds on Christmas. If you do not, it is better to ground your planes that to fool people with your UNHOLY SLOGANS!
